We are a Section 8 non-profit with 12A and 80G approvals, an NGO Darpan unique ID, Udyam registration, PAN and TAN — all published with downloadable certificates on this site.

What we are offering institutional funders is not a request for general support. It is a defined, budgeted rural development project built around the integrated cow cycle, which can be funded whole or component by component, with utilisation certificates issued against each tranche.

Straight answer first

On CSR eligibility

To receive CSR funds under Section 135 of the Companies Act, an implementing agency must be registered with the MCA through Form CSR-1. We are preparing that filing and will publish the registration number on our Compliance page the moment it is issued. Until then, corporates can support this work through direct donations (80G eligible), in-kind contributions and employee engagement — and we will tell you plainly which of those does and does not qualify as CSR spend for your reporting.

Capital

Adopt a project component

Fund one costed unit outright and have it built and named. From the budget: fodder storage godown (₹25 lakh), water tanks and borewell system (₹35 lakh), veterinary and medical block (₹17 lakh), biogas plant (₹45 lakh), organic farming centre (₹55 lakh), panchgavya centre (₹40 lakh), agarbatti unit (₹7.5 lakh).

Recurring

Underwrite running costs

Feed, labour, water, power and veterinary care for a defined herd size, for a defined period. Reported monthly against actual purchase records. A ten-cow unit costs ₹350 a day to feed.

Government

Schemes & grants

The project is designed to align with rural development, animal husbandry, renewable energy and organic farming schemes — NABARD, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture and state animal-husbandry programmes. We will prepare applications in your required format.

In kind

Material & employee engagement

Fodder, cattle feed, medicines, tin sheets, bricks, construction material, vehicles and equipment. Employee volunteering days at the shelter can be arranged with notice.
